The day begins with registration, coffee and pastries from 10am, followed by an opening talk from Fortem IT and CyNam at 10:30.

Our VIP Cider Tasting Networking Tours are small, sponsor hosted groups of guests, taken behind the scenes at Dunkertons.
You'll each be invited to introduce yourselves before hearing the story of the estate and how the cider is made, from bud to bottle. See where it is pressed, fermented, hand blended and bottled. Then finish with a fully tutored cider and cheese tasting, paired with organic cheese, artisan chutneys and freshly baked bread.
The tour takes approximately 30-minutes.
